Andrew oversees the finance practice at Padva, Haslam-Jones & Partners and is responsible for the internal management of the firm. His practice spans a wide range of finance work, ranging from advising on loan agreements and ISDA master agreements to advising on the structuring of public private partnerships. Andrew has worked for many of the firm’s high profile clients. He has also undertaken a consultancy role spanning finance and regulatory advice for a large financial services firm. Andrew advises a wide range of businesses on corporate and commercial matters.
He has been a partner at Padva, Haslam-Jones & Partners since 2009. His prior appointments include working for Mayer Brown & Platt (including a secondment to NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd), CMS Cameron McKenna and a leading monoline insurance company CIFG Europe.
