Denis Tovkaylo is lawyer with a diverse experience and a proven track record in representing clients in courts of law and arbitration tribunals, and in bankruptcy matters. He has represented both creditors and debtors in insolvency procedures including those in which the Deposit Insurance Agency was involved.
During his more than 10-year legal experience, Denis has successfully acted for companies and individuals in the acquisition of industrial sites and land plots, the protection of assets and the rights of business entities. He also advises on the defence of companies’ reputations and intellectual property rights.
He has represented clients in Russian arbitrazh courts and courts of general jurisdiction, on matters related to, inter alia, tax disputes and loan obligations. Denis has conducted various due diligence exercises and provided legal support in the establishment of new industrial operations in Russia and Eastern Europe.
