Katerina Haslam-Jones has more than 20 years’ experience working with major corporations and international banks across the world and specialises in corporate transactional matters, international arbitration and commercial disputes. Before setting up her own practice in London Katerina worked for leading international law firms including Norton Rose and Mayer Brown.
Katerina advises on a broad range of legal issues relating to corporate finance, private equity and principal investing activities, including negotiating various business acquisitions and restructurings, share acquisitions and cross-border transactions. Katerina negotiates settlements, debts acquisitions and business terms in commercial contracts. She also conducts transaction management for multi-jurisdictional business acquisition, complex multi-jurisdictional arbitration proceedings and commercial disputes.
Katerina is a regular speaker at international conferences, a lecturer and an author of various articles. She is one of the authors of the book “Restructuring Russian Corporate Debt” published in London in 1998. She is also a member of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), New York State Bar Association (New York Supreme Court) and Moscow City Bar.
She speaks Russian and English.
